Calling all barre mamas. We're opening up our regular bAAArre class to you and your little one. Designed for maximum sculpting and chiseling, this non-impact workout will engage, stabilize and strengthen your targeted areas leaving you leaner, longer, and stronger. Bring your baby to the barre with you and get the same great workout you know and love with specialized modifications just for you, while rebalancing your body, rejuvenating your energy and reducing stress and fatigue.

Note: this class is open to everyone, and is inclusive for people with babies 6-weeks to 18-months old to attend. Mama's here's what you need to know:
You are responsible for the safety of your child, we do our part to help but it is up to you and what you feel is best for baby.
Babies must be either strapped to you or in a car carrier during the workout.
During class we can only guarantee 1 mat per person.
There is a secondary studio available for changing or feeding if you require it at any point during your class.
Please respect the studio belongings; bring your own towels and bring diapers home with you for disposal.
We totally understand prepping two people is harder than one, so there can be unforeseen delays. We will do everything we can to help get you into class but please understand we may not be able to should you arrive past the start time; our late admittance policy applies as usual for this class.
