Leni C.

Leni Calosing

Leni is a movement specialist who takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. She has been involved in creating and growing Barreworks since its inception and is the Director of Instructor Training and Master Trainer. She is the co-creator of the Barreworks Signature Mixed Level class and oversees new class development. Leni is excited to build and expand the Barreworks community with the Certified by Barreworks Program.

Leni is a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Instructor, practising in this modality for over 15 years and has over 500 hours in Yoga Teacher Training. She specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her clients’ needs range from professional athletic training to stroke recovery to pre/postnatal health. Leni finds it exhilarating to watch the transformative and healing aspects of movement, especially in circumstances where clients are able to move in ways that they never thought were possible. Rejuvenation in all areas of life is important to Leni. As a Certified Master Life Coach, she works with clients to move past their existing barriers and create the fulfilling lifestyle that they desire.  


Tricia T.

Tricia Tomiczek

Tricia is a Master Trainer at Barreworks. Tricia has extensive theoretical and practical experience in yoga, pilates and dance. Tricia’s love for movement began in dance classes as a very young girl. While completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Dance at Ryerson University, this passion for movement evolved into a curiosity of the human body and wellness. Tricia continued her profession in movement while completing her Hatha Yoga teacher training with The World Conscious Yoga Family, who teach a holistic approach to yoga. Tricia also teaches STOTT Pilates mat and reformer, Schwinn spin, TRX suspention trainer, Grid foam roller, and specializes in Pelvic floor, diastasis, and post natal rehab. With such a diverse skill set, Tricia’s classes are always tailored to who is in the class and what they wish to focus on in that present moment. Tricia brings energy, focus, and a deep understanding of body awareness to each class and encourages students to follow personal and balanced wellness regimes tailored to their fitness level. Tricia’s classes are designed to enhance student’s lives physically and mentally, in a comfortable, friendly, fun and secure environment.

JoJo (Joanna) Eisen

Jojo is a Pilates instructor, Barre Master Trainer, Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Specialist and the Team Caption of Puma's Ambassador program, Team Faster. As a dancer from a young age, she has always been passionate about movement which inspired her own fitness journey after graduating from her undergrad in Dance Studies.

Jojo's extensive knowledge in the industry, energetic personality and killer classes have brought her to the forefront in the Toronto fitness community. Jojo can be found on Instagram, @itsjojomaisie, giving on-the-go food tips, daily workout inspo and travelling anywhere she can be in a bikini, under the sun!

Kathia Wittenborn

Originally from Montreal, Kathia is a Toronto based dancer and movement specialist. She is a graduate of Le Conservatoire de Danse de Montréal, Ballet Divertimento, and The School of Toronto Dance Theatre where she was the recipient of the Kathryn Ash Award. Kathia has also participated in various professional development opportunities throughout North America and Europe including ImPulsTanz (Vienna) and Springboard Danse (Montreal).

As an independent dancer, Kathia has had the privilege of working with with artists and companies such as Amanda Acorn, The Go To Company, and Tribal Crackling Wind (Peter Chin). Her work in Chin's Woven received a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Outstanding Performance (ensemble). She is currently working with Marie Lambin Gagnon, Shannon Litzenberger, and Alysa Pires Dance Projects on works that will be presented in Fall 2018.

Kathia's dance practice traverses into her work as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and teacher trainer. She has worked with Barreworks since 2014 where she continues to share her knowledge and passion for movement and                                                                                                                wellness. She has also taught specialized movement workshops across                                                                                                                          Toronto, Montreal, and Kuujjuaq, Nunavik. She is certified in Barre by                                                                                                                                Barreworks, Professional Trainer Specialist by CanFitPro, Myofsacial                                                                                                                                  Compression Techniques by Trigger Point, and Pilates Mat by Body                                                                                                                                  Harmonics.
