Have we got some news for you!

We've revamped our SPIN program to give our #spinstarre instructors more power to do what they do best! Each instructor will teach their own, unique SPIN class with their signature style and challenging elements - all in the name of SWEAT.

See below for our headlining instructors who appear regularly on our schedule. Note that when substitute instructors fill in for our regular roster, class descriptions are subject to change without notice. You can always check out our class schedule, click the class title, and view the full description!

We are so stoked for you to experience these classes - from Jenn's "go hard - then go harder" approach, to Shannon's epic abdominal work, to Anne-Marie's intervals paired with house and hip hop beats - you're sure to find a style that matches your own.

Jenn's SPIN Class is a #spinstarre cult fave! Get motivated in a room full of peers, stay focused, build aerobic fitness, and go hard - then go harder! Jenn's program focuses on resistance and interval training, building endurance and power through a series of drills: fast pedalling, tempo, steady state, climbing and pyramid intervals. Expect to spin for 55-mins, cool down for 5-mins, and get strong, fit and FAST!

Tuesday's @ 6pm

Saturday's @ 10am

Shannon's SPIN Class is a fast-paced, high energy 60-minute workout that will have you climbing, sprinting, and racing through various terrains, with extra attention to your core. You'll see, and feel, the difference with Shannon's focus on endurance training, core muscle groups, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Expect 45-minutes of spin, followed by 15-minutes of abdominal work and cool down. Cardio + abs! What's not to love?

Anne-Marie

Sunday's @ 10am

Anne-Marie's SPIN Class is designed to get you climbing hills, sprinting, and jumping, all to the beat of her awesome playlist! Expect metabolic exercises to keep you burning calories for hours after you unclip and a focus on core strength to lift you out of the saddle. Listen for your old school hip hop faves to help you conquer hills, and house beats to amp up your speed. This addictive ride is 45-minutes on the bike, followed by 15-minutes of challenging core work. Join Anne-Marie for an exciting sweat today!
