Energize your body in this 90-min workshop designed to help you build maximum strength as you flow through controlled movements, balance sequences and asanas.
A twist on your fave YogaStrength class, you’ll use weighted balls to target isolated areas of the body, work your core and sculpt your muscles. Using your breath as your guide, you'll build strength and flexibility, and will step into spring feeling leaner, longer, stronger from head to toe. Whether you are a total newbie, a weekend warrior, or a devoted yogi, all are welcome!
