Feature Workshop: Relax with Rebecca

Melt away the stress of your day with this 75-minute, candlelit relaxation workshop!

A powerful combination of movement, stillness, and breath, Relax with Rebecca begins with simple, heat-building asanas to wake up the body, and culminates in a series of restorative poses. This workshop will allow for deep physical release of the muscles and calming of the nervous system. Most importantly, you will learn simple breath and mindfulness techniques that can be carried into your day-to-day. These tools will help you focus and stay grounded both in and outside of the studio.
