What made you decide you wanted to teach at Barreworks? I decided to become a Barreworks instructor because I wanted to develop my current knowledge of barre and how to teach. I love the Barreworks method because it is adjustable for everyone and their individual needs, and focuses on a full body workout in a way that lengthens AND strengthens. And of course, I also love that it is inspired by techniques that are often used for dancers!
