In the Best YOU series, you will start each day with a 45-minute barre sweat sesh, and then delve deep into a 45-minute wellness workshop designed to help you be your best self in 2018! Each week will consist of a signature Barreworks class paired with a new discussion topic. You will be given the opportunity to listen, talk, share and ask.

Week 1 - Mixed Level & Healthy Habits
Week 2 - bAAArre & Self Love

Cost: $62.50+hst for the 2 class series | $35+hst drop in rate
