Kick-start 2018 with a 4-week complete wellness experience, led by Rachel.
You will start with a 45-minute barre sweat sesh, and then delve deep into a 45-minute personal development and wellness workshop designed to help you be your best self in 2018! Each week will consist of a signature Barreworks class paired with a new discussion topic. You will be given the opportunity to listen, talk, share and ask.
By the end of the four weeks, you will not only leave feeling physically stronger and motivated to stay on track with your fitness goals, but you will also be equipped to make lifestyle changes to better your entire life - mind, body, and soul.
You have the option of registering for the full series, or dropping in weekly.
