We’re bringing you some of our signature classes with a TWIST this month!
An intensified version of our signature class, you'll use stability blocks (also known as yoga blocks!) to add extra resistance, weight and balance challenges to your workout. With the additional combination of resistance bands, weighted balls and the barre, you'll rev up your metabolism as you activate key muscle groups and burn through each rep. A total body workout from head to toe.
