We love supporting a variety of organizations and charities in our community.
One of our favourite ways to give back is through our Raise the Barre Charity Classes!
These classes are just $10, with $5 going directly to our charity of the month.
For October 2016, we’ve partnered with Trick or Eat – a youth-led national event that puts a new spin on the annual night of giving – Halloween! Thousands of Trick or Eaters across Canada, go door to door to collect food for local community organizations, and funds to support students advocating for good food for all.
How Trick or Eat raises the barre: Did you know that 1 in 8 Canadian households experience food insecurity? This means they don't have sufficient access to the food they need to meet their dietary needs. Trick or Eat collects food for local food agencies, donates to support students working for zero hunger, and advocates for long-term solutions to hunger. Trick or Eat is a national day of action, for young people to come together and actively show that they want to see a difference on the issue of hunger on their campuses and in their communities.
